Membership, training, events and finances belong together. Spielversteher connects these tasks in one Odoo solution, helping the organisation support the people at the heart of the club.

Members & fees

Manage members, clubs, associations, sections and officials centrally. Online applications, memberships, membership cards and recurring fee invoices with SEPA integration connect joining the club with billing.

Teams & training

Organise teams, coaches, training locations and sessions. RSVPs, attendance and trial participants help you plan day-to-day training and follow participation over time.

Events & tickets

Manage events with registrations, tickets, badges and seasons. Participants and club-specific information stay connected to member records.

Tournaments & results

Configure disciplines, teams and draws. Create round-robin, group and knockout schedules, enter results through the portal and print brackets and match slips.

Education & gradings

Document education programmes and their modules, gradings and assessment levels. Keep the history linked to each member, supported by reports and certificates.

Dorfplanet connects what brings a place to life: people, clubs, businesses, events and local offerings. The shared platform takes visitors from discovering what is nearby to registering or placing an order.

Discover businesses & clubs

Dedicated profiles with descriptions, images, opening hours and maps. Filters and a partner map help visitors find local providers and organisations.

Events & holiday activities

Organisers publish activities; parents manage child profiles and register them online. Tickets, additional questions, waiting lists and priorities support holiday programmes and events.

Local marketplace & food co-ops

Multiple producers offer products on a shared platform. Orders can be split by producer, keeping purchasing, deliveries and invoicing connected.

Pickup locations & dates

Customers select a pickup location and an available date during checkout. Availability, actual delivery quantities and order summaries support local logistics.

Noticeboard & communication

Manage noticeboard entries in the portal, contact providers and follow updates. Event-related messages and notifications support direct communication.

Portal, credit & settlement

Providers manage their own products, orders and deliveries. Depending on configuration, wallet credit, membership contracts and commission settlement extend the platform.

Cemetery administration calls for reliable records and sensitivity towards people. Grabmanager brings grave plots, burials, contacts and fees together in a traceable workflow.

Grave register

Record cemetery, grave type, aisle, row and plot number in a structured register. Images, descriptions and coordinates help identify each plot.

Burials & deceased persons

Link deceased persons and burials to the grave plot. Keep burial type, date, position, depth and coffin or urn details in one record.

Contacts & responsibilities

Assign registered contacts, invoice recipients, parishes and responsible staff to each plot. Keep organisational and financial relationships traceable.

Status & tasks

Distinguish available, occupied and decommissioning plots. Activities, notes and documents support follow-up work and handovers within the administration.

Fees & recurring invoices

Define fee items and templates by grave type. Create recurring invoices with intervals, next billing dates and end dates, linked directly to the plot.

Reports & documentation

Grave, burial and invoice reports provide clear records. Attachments and change history keep information connected.

Alongside my favourite projects, finance is a central focus of my work: accounting, AI-assisted document capture and recurring billing should work together in Odoo Community.

Import and reconcile bank data, capture documents and turn figures into useful reports. My focus is on connecting the entire journey from source document to meaningful reporting in Odoo Community.

Banking & reconciliation

Import statements including CAMT, OFX, CSV and Excel, match open items and handle differences. Online bank connectivity is available with the appropriate provider and setup.

Reports & budgets

Profit and loss, general ledger, trial balance, open items, ageing and budget comparisons with drill-down views and PDF and Excel exports.

Documents & data exchange

Capture receipts as photos or PDFs, maintain a cash book and import or export journal data. Technical exports include Austrian VAT returns, recapitulative statements and SAF-T.

Use a configured AI service to read vendor bills and credit notes from PDFs or photos and prepare a draft.

Extract invoice data

Extract supplier, reference, invoice and due dates, currency, lines, prices and taxes.

Match & compare

Match suppliers using existing identifiers and suggest accounts based on previous bills. Compare the detected document total with the Odoo draft.

Review before posting

The AI does not post entries itself. Documents remain drafts and manually entered lines are protected. Review and approval remain part of the accounting process.

Connect contracts, terms, services and billing intervals for memberships, ongoing services and other recurring business models.

Contracts & portal

Manage contract types, templates, service lines and terms. Approval and signature workflows and the portal involve the contracting parties.

Recurring billing

Generate invoices by interval and date, account for different start dates and keep resulting invoices linked to the contract.

Overview & planning

Analyse contracts, upcoming end dates, open invoices and expected recurring revenue. Forecasts and price adjustments support planning.

AI recognition and bank connectivity require the respective services to be configured. Professional review, account assignment and approval remain part of the intended workflow.

My professional background

Business processes have shaped my career from the start.

Since starting my working life at 19, I have focused on digitalising business processes. My career has taken me through retail, industry, commercial management and responsibility for international IT operations.

INTERSPORT

For many years at INTERSPORT, I was responsible for logistics, stocktaking, order management and point-of-sale systems for INTERSPORT members.

Global IT & ERP responsibility

At an industrial installation company, I was responsible for worldwide IT and ERP operations for several years, leading a team of several employees.

Gmundner Keramik

At Gmundner Keramik, I served as commercial director.

Burgerista Holding

My last role before becoming self-employed was IT Manager at Burgerista Holding, which at the time was still part of the Frankfurt-based Quadriga Group.

Away from Odoo, Jiu Jitsu and theatre are part of my life.

Jiu Jitsu & movement

I coach children and adults in Jiu Jitsu. I have completed Jiu Jitsu coach training and hold a diploma as a movement trainer.

Theatre & community

I am an amateur actor and chair of Kleine Bühne Wallern. My involvement in the theatre association spans both performing on stage and helping lead the organisation.
